May be BPV: Bpv or benign positional vertigo occurs when the head assumes a more horizontal position or the affected ear is closer to the floor..Shortly after assuming or getting out of the inciting position, often laying down, there is brief spinning lasting.

Random heart rate spikes whilst doing nothing, happens whilst laying down or driving. Body sometimes go into a hypertensive state, if I can call it that. Blurry vision, light headed, nauseous, dizzy. All this happens when the heart rate goes up.
