Perhaps: you are describing cervical disc disease with radiculopathy. In my practice I have seen very high uncontrolled blood pressures that was secondary to cervical disc herniation. A good history and EMG- Nerve conduction test with an MRI cervical spine will give clinch the diagnosis - this easy. What to do about it is often harder. Consult your PCP to see if you need to see Neuro/sx specialist.

Dizzy  spells: This is probably just dehydration at your age.  Drink plenty of water.  If it is real dizziness it is likely bppv  benign positional postural vertigo.  When you get dizzy you breathe fast because you are scared and the extremities Get tingly.  This is very common. If the dizziness persists see am ENT.  Good luck and feel better!

Many: Your symptoms are pointing to several directions which makes a single diagnosis invalid until a complete history and exam is performed.Had you been seen in my urgent care I would have sent you to the ED for a huge work up including blood tests and CT scan.Granted an EKG was done , it would be prudent to  follow up with the doctor who ordered the EKG, review lab tests and formulate a new plan.
