Wellbutrin (bupropion) s/e?: Don't know how long you've taken Wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) but dizziness and ringing in the ears are both uncommon side effects. That said, discuss with prescribing doctor to consider lower dose of Wellbutrin (bupropion). If symptoms persist, see an ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor for evaluation and guidance. You : You are probaly referring to meniere's disease, an inner ear problem that causes dizziness and vertigo and frequently loss of hearing. It is felt due to an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the ear and can be difficult to treat. It is not a vascular problem. See wikipedia for an excellent explanation.

There are several...: Dizziness and ringing in the ears can come from an ear infection or swelling. Double vision is usually not associated with the above.  Medications can also cause these symptoms. There could be an infection, swelling or other cause that ties all three together.  It is important to be seen by an eye doctor or general doctor to get to the bottom of this.

See Your Dr: Assuming lump, headaches, ear-ringing and dizziness  started more or less together or w/in a short period of time (as opposed to say, you had headaches or dizziness for years which now worsened), I would see your doctor without delay.  These could be serious.  They could also be related to a musculo-skeletal condition.   A doctor will need to see and examine you to help.

Ear Lump: That could be a swollen lymph node or a forming abscess. If it is a lymph node it could be from any number of things including an ear infection. You should have your ear looked at by your doctor as soon as you can or be seen at an urgent care.

: At this point, unlikely to be an ongoing reaction to the vaccine, and more likely to represent coincidental middle ear infection, perhaps secondary to sinusitis.  This is likely also triggering headache.  Agree with visit to ENT, but your primary doctor could also handle.
