Ive just found a lump behind my ear i've never felt it before it's sore and i've recently had dizzy spells and ringing in my ear what can this be?

Ear Lump: That could be a swollen lymph node or a forming abscess. If it is a lymph node it could be from any number of things including an ear infection. You should have your ear looked at by your doctor as soon as you can or be seen at an urgent care.
