Vertigo: You are extremely sensitive to movement. You need to try perhaps Dramamine prior to going on any rides. There is also available a patch you put behind your ear that is very effective. It is by prescription only Good Luck

Poison: Alcohol is a metabolic poison and you just poisoned yourself. You will eventually recover from this poisoning, unless you choose to do this over and over again until you have permanent damage. Eat healthy (stay away from sugars and fried foods) get some rest and let your system recover.

Labyrinthitis: Inflammation of the inner ear may cause sudden vertigo. This makes you feel like you're spinning or whirling.  Most of the time, labyrinthitis goes away on its own. This normally takes several weeks. Staying active can help you get better. Check with your doctor about trying balance exercises at home. These include simple head movements and keeping your balance while standing and sitting.
