YES..... BUT!!!: Capsules can be divided, if you pour the content in water and drink it, BUTT!!! you shouldn't do this, because the capsule layer it's made to pass de gastric acid, so the absorption of the medication can be made in the small intestine. YOU NEED TO ASK any different presentation of your medication.

Be present/engaged: Depends on age but in this case you have to join and not beat.  Put a limit on what they have access to and how many hours a day they do it, but be present in whatever they do.  If age appropriate they will be on facebook, twitter and text.  Unfortunately it is the new "phone call", but let them know you need face to face time and they have to still learn the proper social graces and etiquettes.

Sleeping: It is best to have continuous 7-9 hours of sleep than breaking up your sleeping hours. During sleep your body is being recharged. Oversleeping is also not good.
