Sure: While you're taking disulfiram, alcohol will make you sick but cannabis won't affect you. Right or wrong, cannabis remains illegal in most places. You've probably had bad experiences with alcohol, and while cannabis is less likely to make you belligerent, it's not going to make you smarter, more productive, or (in the long run) happier or better-liked. Alcohol: Though not used much anymore, Disulfiram is designed to help treat alcohol addiction.  Drinking alcohol while taking Disulfiram leads to flushing, nausea and vomiting.

Why?: I have had patients tell me that if the holidays were coming or some big event, they would pop some antabuse (disulfiram). And immediately they would think, "if i take this tonight i'll be able drink in x number of days." if you need Antabuse (disulfiram) to keep from drinking, imho, you have a drinking problem and probably should not be drinking at all. Discuss this with your doctor or counselor.

Doubt it: It is unlikely.  If you are of poor health, the stress may be severe enough; however, in healthy patients, it does not happen.  I had one patient do 3-4 shots before they started having a reaction, they had the expected reaction of flushing and nausea which lasted 6 hours.  Many of my patients can drink up to half drink before a reaction starts.  That is why it should be used with other measures.

Yes, but a bit risky: A person on Antabuse (disulfiram) can eat food cooked in wine, but he risks getting a bad reaction if not all of the alcohol was evaporated away during the cooking. Since some alcohol usually remains in the food, it seems risky to eat food cooked with wine.

Yes.: That's pretty much the point of Antabuse (disulfiram) - to get you out of thinking "one little drink won't hurt me" - 'cause it will.
