Sometimes the osteotomy site will develop hypertrophic that may cause what you are describing, sometimes it may be related to the hardware that was placed in your leg to do the osteotomy, or it may be some scar tissue. Somewhat: Yes, i would maximize physical therapy and an "unloader" knee brace, customized for your misalignment. This brace provides some realignment to you while weight-bearing. If you fail to see satisfactory results with conservative management, then an osteotomy could be helpful for you. Keep your weight at a healthy level, as this may be the #1 modifiable factor to prevent progression of your arthritis.

: Enchondromas are benign tumors , and if no fracture is found, can be just observed over time, as remission or stability over time does not require removal.  If a fracture is associated with an enchondroma. your orthopedic provider may wait until the fracture is healed before dealing with the enchondroma, if considered necessary at all.
