: The transverse sinus is part of venous structure that collects blood form the brain and drains to the jugular. A diminutive sinus means the vein is congenitally smaller than typical. There is a lot of normal variation in the transverse sinuses in terms of size and drainage pattern, and these variations usually cause no issues. Interestingly, the left transverse sinus has more normal variation.

just had a upper and lower gi. he found a diminutive sessile polyp in the cecum it was sent for biopsy.....should i be worried?

Diminutive polyp: No reasons to worry before the pathology report. Most polyps are benign, and even if that is not the case, being diagnosed early will give you a good prognosis.

Big words: It means you have a small (dimunitive) hiatal hernia, and that it is able to slide through the opening in the diaphragm to be sometimes above (wrong spot) and sometimes below (where it belongs). If they are larger, they are more likely to get "stuck" above the diaphragm (and cause more symptoms).

had a colonoscopy 1030am,  now 8pm. 3 'diminutive' polyps removed.feel perfectly fine. have eaten & rehydrated. ok to have 1 or 2 glasses of wine now?

Sounds fine.: By your description, it seems the anesthetic has worn off by now, and assuming you won't be driving anyplace I would imagine one or two glasses of wine would be OK.

colonoscopy: It is good that you had a colonoscopy. If microscopic examination did not reveal any cancer, you are good for about 5 years. After that get another colonoscopy to make sure that you have not developed more polyps. Follow your doctors advice for follow up care.

No reason to be nerv: Since you are under proper medical care of a doctor who is checking your colon  regularly, you will do well. Polyps are caught early and removed safely if you get a Colonoscopy test ddone every one to 2 years for the next 5 years, then reduce the frequency as advised by your gastroenterologist.

Not cancer: The description you gave is not a cause for any concern.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
