Sweat gland cyst: Need more information.  How long has it been there?  Painful?  Growing?  Any others?  Drainage?  Other symptoms that you may not think related (growth on penis or testicles, difficulty urinating) may be connected.  A blocked sweat gland (sebaceous cyst) is very likely.  See your primary doctor, get exam +/- ultrasound, and see a surgeon.  Good luck!

It : It sounds as though you may have a bacterial skin infection with abscesses or "boils". These usually start out as tender, red areas which become hard and then eventually develop a "head" of white pus. Once this drains, the area usually heals on its own. Most of these are caused by staphylococcus aureas, a common bacteria found on the skin. Occasionally, however, the can be caused by mrsa, the antibiotic resistent kind of staph bacteria.

Next time you develop one of these infections, start out by applying warm compresses to the area to help draw the infection out. Then, you should go to your doctor before it "pops" so that they can drain it, test for what bacteria is causing it and be able to treat you appropriately - sometimes with antibiotics, sometimes just with drainage. If you ever develop fever, chills, or feels ill with this infection, call your doctor immediately.

You can try and prevent these infections by practicing good hygiene and using anti-bacterial soaps. Your doctor may have other suggestions for prevention.  Good luck!

Lesion: This might be an abscess - especially if it is growing in size. A medical provider would be able to easily determine if this is an abscess. You can place warm compresses on it but if the lesion is increasing in size, you develop redness of surrounding tissue - then I would recommend prompt medical assessment Take care.

Fatty : Fatty tumors (or lipomas) are usually not hard. They are usually soft and squishy. If you  have a hard mass along your lower panty line that could be a chronically inflammed inguinal lymph node.  Can't determine what they are through this venu. Recommend that a family doctor or dermatologist examine you and determine what the lesions are.

Hard to say: It would take a hands on look to be sure. I can't think of anything scary if it is not inflamed and is decreasing in size.

Have it checked.: Have it checked by your family doctor or internist. It may be a small, benign lipoma (fatty deposit). It may be muscle tissue? Hard to say. But your doctor should be able to assess it and steer you in the right direction for treatment.
