Sweat gland cyst: Need more information. How long has it been there? Painful? Growing? Any others? Drainage? Other symptoms that you may not think related (growth on penis or testicles, difficulty urinating) may be connected. A blocked sweat gland (sebaceous cyst) is very likely. See your primary doctor, get exam +/- ultrasound, and see a surgeon. Good luck!
