Yes: If you are unable to get pregnant due to problems with your fallopian tubes, you may be a candidate for in vitro fertilization (test-tube baby). Depends: It depends on the disease you have in the fallopian tube. If there is no inflammation and the motility (movement properties) are normal, you may be able to conceive. Also, the tube needs to be patent (free of obstacles in it) in order for the egg cell to move through it.

: It seemed you had had severe PID in the past. Contrast (dye) was seen in both fallopian tubes but there is blockage in the R. fallopian tube (hydrosalpinx). The L. fallopian tube shows sign of previous infection resulting fibrosis; however, dye can go through both tubes because contrast is seen in the abdominal cavity. Chance of fertility is low with high risk of ectopic pregnancy if conceived.

No infection?: If there is no evidence of a residual Fallopian tube infection then this will not affect you going forward. However, your MD must be certain that this is not an infection as chronic salpingitis  are like dumpster fires that smolder and flare up when unattended.

Rupture of the tube will be signified by intense pain, .

Depends: If you have a blocked fallopian tube you could have no symptoms. Now if it is blocked and the egg somehow gets fertilized in that area its called an ectopic pregnancy. You will have severe side pain, bleeding and needs to be seen at the emergency room. Please see your doctor.
