I am degonised to have mildly dilated fallopian tube. following up has been recommended. will i be able to conceive?

Depends: It depends on the disease you have in the fallopian tube. If there is no inflammation and the motility (movement properties) are normal, you may be able to conceive. Also, the tube needs to be patent (free of obstacles in it) in order for the egg cell to move through it.
