You might try...: 1st,see a Doctor.It sounds like you have a malabsorbtion syndrome which could be parasites, infections,dietary intolerances,or inflammatory diseases.You need stool studies, and blood work.In the mean time I suggest an elimination diet.Eliminating all dairy&amp;all gluten, then reintroduce if you are feeling better. this leaves potatoes, rice, corn, meat, fruits, and vegetables.Try to cook all u eat.

Not sure what you: Mean.  Your body will take care of digestion.  While you should try to chew your food as best as possible, keep hydrated, minimize processed foods, make sure you are consuming fiber and keep active, even if you aren't great about these things, your body's natural mechanisms will still allow for pretty reasonable digestion.

Depends: A normal healthy person can easily digest all usual foods. For good health have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco and do not take any more than one drink/day.
