Try this: Insert terazol (terconazole) - 3, vaginal suppository or cream every night for 3 nights. One week later clean with betadine douche. Repeat terazol (terconazole) 2 weeks later.

Allergies or..: Side effects rather, often confused as allergies, true multiple drug allergy syndrome is rare. Diflucan, (fluconazole) is a prescription drug, at any rate, if in doubt and don't know whether you're are going to have a reaction to a certain drug, take the first dose in the prescriber's office, ER or urgent care waiting area,stay for an hour,if nothing happens, go home,if severe reaction,you're where you should be

Candida glabrata?: Most yeast vulvovaginitis is caused by Candida albicans, which almost always responds to fluconazole (Diflucan) and related drugs. But a minority of cases are due to C. glabrata, which is resistant. Treatments that often work include vaginal creams or oral forms of itraconazole (Sporanox®), flucytosine (Ancobon®), or nystatin (several brands). Discuss with your doctor.

Poss Prostatitis: These sx together suggest prostatitis - inflammation o f the prostate gland. This can be due to bacterial infection, or not. If sudden in onset, and associated with fever, chills and overall feeling very poorly, most likely acute bacterial prostatitis, requiring antibiotics. If no fever, chills, generalized illness, considered chronic prostatitis, which may be caused by bacterial infection or not.

Safe: A single tablet  is usually very effective for vaginal yeast. Sometimes the diagnosis is wrong. Then the result is disappointing.

Diagnosis: Your diagnosis needs to be reconsidered both for the cause of your mouth lesions and possibly HIV being involved. Cultures will be needed (oral) followed by a biopsy in case cultures remain negative. Causes, other than HIV, will have also to be considered in case immunosuppression is believed to contribute to your thrush.
