Skin involvement: The differene is the extent of the skin involvement. In the limited scleroderma the skin involvement is restricted to the hands, and to a lesser degree, the neck and face. Patients with diffuse scleroderma  has extensive skin sclerosis and high risk for internal organs involvement like affecting the kidneys, heart, and lung.

Nucleolar Pattern: There are many different kinds of the nucleolar pattern. It can be speckled, cytoplasmic etc. Knowing what the pattern was is important in trying to figure out what is going on. That being said, if all you know is that it was nucleolar it can mean that you have some sort of "overlap" syndrome, which can include lupus, sjogrens syndrome, crest, scleroderma etc.

No: The nucleolar ANA pattern may pop up in a variety of situations, or even fairly low titers in healthy people. And the test is easy to do wrong. This isn't even much of a prediction that you'll develop signs of scleroderma in the future.

Quite doubtful.: In scleroderma, sacular diverticuli can form, but this is usually not early.  In the absence of raynaud's syndrome, subungual capillary abnormalities (rheumatolgist use a 30x microscope to examine for this), and more specific serologies......I conclude your problem lies elsewhere.

Relax!: Take a deep breath! having a positive ANA doesn't mean that you have a particular disease. In fact lab testing is only a part of the diagnosis, the main part is the clinical picture. Is a good thing to be on top of your health, but being too much can be harmful too. You have already consulted specialists in that area. Follow their recommendations.

Similar: In ibs the bowel is normal, just misbehaving. In scleroderma, the bowel is abnormal. Ibs can be cramping, constipation, diarrhea. Scleroderma is usually weight loss due to nutrient malabsorption, diarrhea and bloating due to bacterial overgrowth. Constipation can occur due to lack of intestinal contractions.
