Staph aureus: It. Could be due to community acquired resistant staph aureus. Consult you doctor for other conditions as well.

Probably none: While the contents of a boil are usually infected, there is little transmission.  You would have to insert the boils pus into an open wound on your body.  Nobody I know would do this on purpose.

Pustular skin rash: By small boils, I am assuming you mean pustules. Vesicles filled with clear fluid are different. A number of different skin conditions can give itching and pustules, such as pustular psoriasis, bacterial or fungal infections, drug reactions, scabies, several different autoimmune conditions, heat rash, and others. Please see your dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment.

Boil: Boils do not really have a core.  It is more a big nodule of pus and inflammation.  If the lesion is draining, it should reduce in size and pain and should gradually go away.  If not, it may need to be opened more or you may need to take an antibiotic.

how can i prevent boils from reoccuring again and again because it always reoccur in different parts of my body?

Recurrent boils: Have u seen ur doctor about this? Maybe you have staph infection recurring. You may need to have these cultured. You can try cleaning your nostril with betadine swabs for 4-5 days straight and clean the areas where you have boils with betadine until they clear. Mupirocin ointment in the nostrils for 2 weeks at night may clear any staph in your nose.

what is the difference between a furuncle and carbuncle boil? i have heard of both of these sorts of boils and never been able to tell what makes them different.  what are the defining differences between furuncle boils and carbuncle boils?

Definitionally, : Definitionally, a furuncle is an infection of the hair follicle and it's associated oil gland (pilosebaceous unit) and usually starts out as a small, tender, red nodule that becomes painful and fluctuant (fluid-filled). A carbuncle are multiple furuncles grouped together, usually involving deeper layers of skin (i.e., fat).
