i ovulated 4 days ago and now i have cramp like pain on the left side of my abdomen i am ttc could this be implantation pain??

Unlikely: implantation may cause some spotting, but it is unlikely for it to cause noticeable pain. The pain that you're having is more likely to be pain related to fluid from the ruptured follicle when it released an egg. That fluid can be irritating to your pelvis. the pain, as long as it is moderate, should go away on its own but if it worsens or persists longer than 48 hours, see a doctor.

No: A woman bleeding "thick clots" from her vagina doesn't have to consider "implantation" as a cause. However, she can check a urine pregnancy test if she could be pregnant, and of course, contact her doctor if her bleeding of thick clots persists or worries her a lot. Home urine pregnancy tests are very accurate 3 weeks after sex, or 1 week after missing a period or having a "weird" period.

Agree w Dr. Anyanwu: The timing would not be correct. It takes longer than that for the implantation to occur. Usually there is no bleeding with implantation or just a tiny amount.

Possible: Implantation generally occurs 6 1/2 to 7 days after ovulation and fertilization.  Some women will increase implantation bleeding and/or some mild cramping; but if you do not have it, it does not mean you are not pregnant.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.

No: Some women will feel when they ovulate, release an egg from the ovary. There can be no sensation at the time the sperm merges with the egg, fertilization, or when the early embryo implants in the uterus. What do you mean by af? I imagine not atrial fibrillation!

Not much: These are very nonspecific symptoms. You will simply need to wait and see if you miss your period. If you do then check a home pregnancy test.

TOO SOON: The cramping is probably quite similar with both if you are someone that notices these things and not everyone does. The implantation takes place about 7-9 days after ovulation not 2-3 days.

Some amount of : ovarian bleeding can occur with ovulation, sometimes more bleeding, more pain.

Probably not: Implantation generally occurs 6 1/2 to 7 days after you ovulate and the egg is fertilized.  Cramping, on the other hand, is common in many women at the time of ovulation.  Sperm, however, live for about 3-4 days in the reproductive tract and sometimes up to 10 days.  Hope this helps.
