i have hashimoto thyroidism, pituitary tumor, seizures, lesion on my brain and had multiple concussions. my calves are hurting bad what could this be?

Wow- a lot!: This can either be as simple as muscular if you have had any changes in excercise or even trauma (fall, seizure). Or it can be neurological, neuropathic pain due to your comorbidities or even the brain lesion. Or vascular such as a DVT or blood clot in your veins. I would recommend that you get evaluated at your earliest convenience.

what's the difference between being an actual dwarf and being the height of a dwarf?

Different kinds: Being the size of a dwarf and being a dwarf are the same. There are many different causes of dwarfism, some of which are structural genetic bone/connective abnormalities, some are the result of hormone deficiencies and can be treated.

See below: Dwarf is a general term of short stature below 4 1/2 ft (135 cm).  Those who have normal body proportions are often called midgets.

my teenage son has short stature, delayed puberty and anxiety. mri has just been done on pituitary gland, no lesions but has possible focal calcification or ranthkes left cleft. is this something to worry about? seeing endocrinologist in 6 weeks.

Different area: Rathke's pouch/cleft cyst is an issue near the mouth. It has nothing to do with growth. I assume your doc has done an a-ray of his wrist/hand to see if his growth issue is likely hormonal or just simple delay.  I wouldn't lose sleep over this finding.

nodules haven been found on my thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, and liver(fatty infiltrations?. i have hypothy. 2nd addison's. what could this be?

Not sure: Secondary adrenal insufficiency and hypothyroidism from a pituitary tumor + parathyroid tumor could result from men 1.  Parathyroid ultrasound imaging is very difficult and needs specially trained radiologists to interpret. Thyroid tumors don't go with that, though.  At the very least you need an endocrinologist.  Calcium, phos, pth?

Pituitary Tumor: The diagnosis of a pituitary tumor is more complex than thyroid levels. I encourage you to talk to a person specializing in endocrine function. To answer the question: thyroid levels can be high with a tumor secreting thyroid stimulating hormone (tsh), normal with a smaller (~1-3cm) nontsh secreting tumor, or usually low with a larger (&gt;2.5cm) nontsh secreting tumor.

Pituitary: Provided that the pituitary is not enlarged, a non-functioning pituitary can be overcome by being prescribed the right medicines such as thyroid hormone. 
Your doctor will help you find out what, if any, hormones are missing.

Not likely: It may depend on what "diet pills" you are talking about, but most over the counter pills will not affect your thyroid or pituitary gland.

TRH Stim Test: You are right.  TSH should have elevated from TRF infusion.  The flat response indicates pituitary hypofunction.  This can be due to adenoma, pituitary "infarction" with pregnancy delivery associated blood loss and hypotension, or surgical removal. (You would be aware of that for sure...).  So, MRI is essential. And some other hormone testing, such as ACTH and cortisol, prolactin, etc

History : The diagnosis of premenstrual dysphoric disorder is made on history. A good history and physical and basic labs rules our comorbidities. It is very serious as it can ruin relationships / make you say or do things you will regret terribly. There are some good treatment options today. Best wishes.
