What's the difference between being an actual dwarf and being the height of a dwarf?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different kinds: Being the size of a dwarf and being a dwarf are the same. There are many different causes of dwarfism, some of which are structural genetic bone/connective abnormalities, some are the result of hormone deficiencies and can be treated.
