Not sure: Secondary adrenal insufficiency and hypothyroidism from a pituitary tumor + parathyroid tumor could result from men 1. Parathyroid ultrasound imaging is very difficult and needs specially trained radiologists to interpret. Thyroid tumors don't go with that, though. At the very least you need an endocrinologist. Calcium, phos, pth?
