Might I suggest whole grains, legumes, nuts, healthy oils (canola &amp; olive), fruits &amp; veggies, lean meats, nonfat dairy?! And regular exercise. Healthy lifestyle would go a long way toward fixing the epidemic of obesity &amp; type 2 diabetes seen in the world!
