No: There is no blood or urine test that can eliminate the possibility of cancer.  From the tests you describe, it appears that you are being evaluated to see if you have a tumor making Adrenalin or serotonin.  Most of these tumors are benign, but many are not.  You can't tell the difference by lab tests.  If a tumor is found you will likely need to have it removed.

HIIT = 4min 3x/wk: Mediterranean diet has much evidence to prove benefit but needs to be adjusted to religion & culture. Rather than focus on exercise time, focus on intensity. Recent studies show effectiveness of high intensity interval training (hiit) for as little as 4 minutes 3 times a week. Incredible, right? But you need to give it your all during those 4 minutes of exercise. You can't be lazy during that time.

Triglyceride : Triglyceride levels are affected more by eating than cholesterol or LDL but bloods are gwenerally drawn first thing in am before eating. You want the level to reflect your usual diet and then see if diet should be modified.

If there are no other abnormalities don't worry.
