No: There is no blood or urine test that can eliminate the possibility of cancer. From the tests you describe, it appears that you are being evaluated to see if you have a tumor making Adrenalin or serotonin. Most of these tumors are benign, but many are not. You can't tell the difference by lab tests. If a tumor is found you will likely need to have it removed.
