Not diagnoseable : Many possibilities exist with someone who responds this way -- all the way from personality characteristic to psychopathology.  Possibilities include alcoholics -- who often act as if normal rules don't apply to them, & are critical of others too.  Hypomania; narcissistic, borderline, antisocial character disorders;  general perfectionism, compulsiveness; some anxiety disorders; list goes on.

Agoraphobia: You need to arrange an appointment with your doctor, or with a psychiatrist, who can help you with this problem. You are not alone in this and it can be successfully treated, but not by taking a specific "pill." get going before this becomes a bigger problem. Good luck!

An emergency is a situation that requires "immediate" help from the police, the firemen, or an ambulance. If you are in doubt of whether a situation is an emergency you should call 911. That said, 911 is NOT a taxi service for taking mildly ill people to the doctor. A regular taxi provides that service.
