Poop: Ammonia smelling stools can be from bacteria overgrowth or nitrogen being insufficiently digested or improperly metabolized. When food is insufficiently digested, the non-absorbed food can then become food for harmful bacteria, or just rot in the intestine. Give a non-dairy diet for 3 days, followed by bananas,rice, fresh apples whole wheat toast r cheerios and lemon vanilla yogurt.

Incontinence: Fecal incontinence can be a very distressing event - it can be precipitated by a bout of diarrhea, but if you are incontinent of formed stools, it is very important you discuss this with your doctor. Fecal incontinence can be caused by serious underlying problems.

Ammonia levels 25ppm can cause headaches, nausea, burning eyes, burning throat burning lungs. ? vomiting and diarrhea unless high exposure or ingestion. What every the culprit call the Department of Health for and inspection. Move out until deemed safe!

DIARRHEA: There are few possibilities.  Based on age, symptom duration &amp; this new observation, your child should be evaluated by doctor sooner rather than later.

The common causes are-
1. Bacterial overgrowth in intestines.
2. Chronic kidney disease.
3. Liver related disease

Gas: Are you constipated?  Even if you go daily, but its hard, when you are backed up with stool, stool produces gas, which if sitting in there for awhile can be foul smelling.  Also your diet can cause foul smelling gas as well.

Red flags:
- Symptoms persists
- Becoming very unwell
- Dehydration and unable to tolerate oral intake
- Blood with stool

If any of the above, you need to seek medical care urgently
