Poop: Ammonia smelling stools can be from bacteria overgrowth or nitrogen being insufficiently digested or improperly metabolized. When food is insufficiently digested, the non-absorbed food can then become food for harmful bacteria, or just rot in the intestine. Give a non-dairy diet for 3 days, followed by bananas, rice, fresh apples whole wheat toast r cheerios and lemon vanilla yogurt.
