Dermatofibroma: Dermatofibromas are firm tan- or red-bumps that often appear on the legs and/or arms of women. As they appear more frequently in women, it is believed that estrogen plays a role in their development. Frequently, they can appear after an injury to the skin, such as a bug bite or an inflammed hair follicle.  
Most commonly, one as only a few lesions present, that persist and do not go away.

Stop sulfadiazine: Silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) is indicated for 3 rd degree burns and burns with an eschar not 2nd degree burns. Small red bumps most likely indicate a dermatitis due to allergy to the silvadene (silver sulfadiazine), (silver sulfadiazine) also silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) can cause hyper pigmentation of the skin leaving you with a brown discoloration.
