Petechiae?: He needs to be checked by his doctor or take him to E to be checked.The bumps need to be looked it.It may be Petechiae,or another kind of red rash.Petechiae appear when cappilaries bleed under the skin.It can be caused by a number of medical conditions.from some medications,some injuriesetc.But only way you can find out what it is by History and Physical Exam
