Yes absolutelty: yes hiccup come from irritating the diaphragm if you have it that often and that long you need a work up and a treatment 
stress can inititaed but it will never keep it going that long
there is something wrong with the diaphragm 
go and see a doctor

Need to examine: It is not feasible to allay your concern without examining you. You should consider seeing a GI doctor who can do an endoscopic examination of the esophagus, if needed.

i've had hiccups since nov. had a ugi and i have acid reflux i've been taking tecta for 2 weeks and no relief, could something be wrong with my diaphragm?

See below: Hiccups are not uncommon and do not always imply anything serious going on. I would advise tyou to find a better medicine(a good antacid) to control your acid reflux. There are many over the counter medicines of varying potenncies. Zantac (ranitidine) is cheaper; Prilosec is a bit more effective but also costs more. I think both are available without prescrition.

Seizure / migraine: You have symptoms that warrant medical evaluation. With a good history and physical examination, and with the aid of tests like electroencephalogram and mri, your physician will be able to establish a diagnosis and correct treatment. I suggests a neurological evaluation as well. This could all be related to your seizure disorder. Migraines can co-exist in seizure disorders as well.

Back pain: The spasm in the back can be due to lot of reasons, it is mostly seen with back sprain or other related musculoskeletal issues. You can use heating pad, over the counter topical cream such as bengay or asper cream. If symptoms persist then see your doctor.

Hypnic jerks: Probably hypnic jerks and periodic limb movements of sleep. These are worsened by some meds, caffeine, stress, alcohol, sleep deprivation.

Accepted Answer

Not usually: Although, during an anxiety attack, also known as panic attacks, one may feel like they will pass out. One may also feel like they are going crazy or losing their mind. Other symptoms of panic attacks are chest pain, palpitations and shortness of breath. There are excellent avaiable treatments. For my patients, i avoid prescribing medications called benzodiazapines such as valium and xanax (alprazolam).

Yes: However, it is more likely to cause irritation from either rubbing or from the spermicide.

Accepted Answer

Alcohol in excess: Over time can certainly lead to blackouts. Adrenaline has nothing to do with it.
