? uterine inversion: I can't be exactly sure what your doctor may have meant by saying a "flipped" uterus.  The most serious meaning would be an inverted uterus when the uterus turns inside out...the top of the uterus comes through the cervix or even completely outside the vagina: 1/3000 births. Once successfully repositioned and after recovery, my understanding is future pregnancy is possible with careful delivery.

is it normal to feel the inner tissue of uterus coming out through the dilated cervix after a medical abortion in the 8th gestational week?

Discharge: Yes.  If it has been recent some discharge for a few days expected.  If not improving or associated with fever you need to let provider know.

Unlikely: It sounds like your menstruation is able to pass through your cervix. It is common after a leep procedure that women can sometimes have a blocked cervix.  If you're menstruating normally i wouldn't worry. As you likely no signs of a block cervix would include severe menstrual type cramping.

Sounds like blood: At age 19 the sonogram must be interpreted knowing where you are in your menstrual cycle. An endometrial thickness of 1.59 cm is not abnormal at your age. It sounds like the technician is seeing blood in the cavity of the uterus. The sonogram also should be interpreted knowing what problem you are struggling with. If the problem is heavy periods then schedule a visit to discuss options

every time i urinate, i feel that uterus is sitting real low to the point i feel that it's pushing out my vagina..prolapse maybe..i'm nt prego ok?

Prolapse: I have never seen prolapse in someone as young as you but get in to your gyn and put this to rest.  Hope this helps.

i am going to have my cervix dilated for a 2nd time due to backed up blood in uterus again. what tests can be done to find out why the cervix closed?

Prob cant: Cervical stenosis and resulting hematometra is pretty rare. Your medical history will give the most clues (previous surgeries, infections, hormonal status).

Delayed period : Pregnancy can be ruled out by UPT OR serrum HCG. enlarged uterus is significant if preveous checked by same provider in past few months.

Same contractions: Braxton Hicks contractions indicate the level of sensitivity(irritability) of the uterus to the agent(oxytocin) that can cause labor. The difference is the frequency, intervals, and duration of the contractions that will eventually be progressive enough to produce changes in the cervix-AKA active labor.
