Anemia: Severe anemia from iron deficiency often has fatigue associated with it.  Sometimes feeling light headed as well.  Unfortunately (or fortunately) mild anemia frequently has no symptoms.  Many teenage girls are mildly iron deficient because they have poor diets and menstruate.  Encouraging proper nutrition is always a good idea!

Diabetes: Endometriosis is not related to diabetes.  If you have symptoms from diabetes it is typically  fatigue, frequent urination, sometimes a sugar odor to urine, nausea.  The best test is a fasting glucose level (blood test) and/or hemoglobin A1C (also blood test)
