Needs attention: Your titers suggest an a broad spectrum of autoimmune disease, i think you need to be evaluated by a rheumatologist and have more testing to be done to identify the cause.

Yes: Increased thirst, increased urination, fatigue and hunger but loosing weight can all be signs of uncontrolled diabetes or high blood sugar.  See your doctor and get tested asap.

See GI: For an issue such as this, i assume you are seeing a gastroenterologist. I will comment only on the ANA which is my expertise. By itself, it does not diagnose any condition and may be totally unrelated. However, an ANA positive disease in my field that comes to mind is scleroderma. It is a skin hardening condition which can involve the esophagus, stomach, and intestine. It would be a rare cause.

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. If it runs in your family, you are obese, smoke cigarettes, had gestational diabetes or had a baby weighing 9 or more pounds, have impaired glucose tolerance, do not exercise regularly,  low HDL cholesterol or high triglycerides, high blood pressure you are at high risk.
