: Weight lifting would not be ideal in your circumstances, not just for increasing the risk for eye complications, but for the possible effect on joints. Best to advise would be the doc who diagnosed you or the one currently treating you. Having an exercise routine adjusted by a personal trainer and accounting for your condition would be best.

: A "posterior vitreous detachment" is already a partial retinal tear.  Get a referral to a University Medical School ophthalmologist for guidance, as recurrence or more serious detachment is possible.

is taking flouvoxamine 100 once daily safe in this case for 3 month for treatment of panic disorder?

Flouvvoxamine: I'm sure your prescribing physician and ophthalmologist won't want you to discontinue this medication which is important for you. However make sure that all physicians, the ophthalmologist and anesthesiologist know you're taking this SSRI medication that has so many interactions with other meds that can cause the dangerous serotonin syndrome.
