Research: You will need to research offices in your area that practice sedation dentistry...  Most do not. After finding offices that can accommodate your wishes, you can make an appointment to be evaluated and treated.

See medical doctor: Dental local anesthetic injections DO NOT cause weakness and numbing of arms and legs. Something else is going on. It might be anxiety or another medical condition, but what you describe is not directly caused by the injections you had. Please call your medical doctor for an evaluation ASAP.

Likely two different: things happened, injection directly into a small artery can cause a vision change temporarily; injection very close to or into part of the lingual nerve route will cause the side of the tongue to go numb immediately. All should resolve with time.

it's been about three hours. i'm not taking any medication. i know it's not ideal for gums, but just wanna know if i'll die or not. thank you so much?

: Not knowing the typeof surgery that you had (hard or soft tissue) it's hard to say. In moderation, and the surgery was hard tissues (tooth) repair, you should be OK. But I would be concerned as to why you need alcohol to address a stressful situation.

Adrenaline rush: The anesthetic has Epinephrine causing an adrenaline rush. Ask the dentist to use anesthesia with no epinephrine.

Get xray/CT: Something is happening to the nerve in your lower jaw. It should be checked out. Don't ignore this.

No: Usually patients that are hard to numb is because their nerves run a little different than the ones on the majority of the  people. When you are put under gas or IV drugs will be used in addition to the regular anesthetics.

Shaky hands: Did the shaky hands resolve after the dental procedure or did it occur during the procedure?
Shaky hands may be due to many factors.
