See your dentist: If the bonding was on a front tooth, possibly it was a little too long and when you move your jaws, you may "bump" into it causing it to break.  If it were on a front or back tooth, possibly it is an area that is too large for this material (composite), the material may be unsupported and you may need a more durable restoration made from ceramic (porcelain) or metal.

Paying bills: I am sure no one will refuse cash as payment and there is no reason why you can't request that no bill be sent to your house and have that request honored. Just make sure it's clear to the receptionist or financial department.

Unlikely: Could they do tooth bonding at a military base?  Yes. They have the skills and materials to perform procedure. However, with the knowledge of my military experience and the present day limitations , they will not perform cosmetic procedures. You will have to seek outside private services. Good luck.

Dental fillings: Toxic chemicals are not used in the mouth
as far as amalgam fillings no negative research is present and silver fillings have a history of reducing caries around them and they hold up longer it's just cosmetically  they aren't pretty.

Hello, : Hello,  dentists often recommend that after dental bonding that you avoid foods which are likely to stain your teeth like blueberries, cranberries, cherries, balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, red wine, coffee, chicory, black tea or dark sodas for 48 hours. For at least 48 hours after bonding it is also recommended that you avoid smoking cigarettes or eating really hard foods.  Try not to crunch down on ice.
