: Many normally regular women will occasionally skip a cycle or two. The HSG study by itself would have little if any effect on your pattern. The HSG findings suggest a fertility problem &amp; pregnancy would be unlikely. The urine pregnancy test can be falsely negative early and retesting is an option.

As cells respond, some die, some live but do not recover well ; some more fully recover, under local + brain/autonomic control (as before birth, embryology). Evidence of all injuries is delayed; depends on what issues are being focused upon.

More time : Give it a bit more time and maybe get a serum HCG test which sometimes detects pregnancy more accurately. Both urine and drug check the HCG levels and become positive when the level reaches a certain level.
