Very common in your-: -age group. it takes a lot of therapy above and beyond your formal sessions to gain the notion. daily passive 2-3 times a day which requires a partner. you do what the PT protocol says to do but much more intense at home. in the long run most everyone looses ,motion after surgery. the first 2-3 months are the most important

Need to examine: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. : Os Acromiale is essentially an unfused area of calcification in the shoulder joint. This condition is commonly associated with impingement of the shoulder muscles and rotator cuff tendonitis (inflammation of one of the rotator cuff muscles). The effusion is swelling within the joint space. The bursa is a pad that protects the muscle from rubbing on the bone. Hope this helps.

: Those are the common (non specific) findings on plain shoulder X-ray, just a mild wear and tear (degenerative) shoulder joints, especially in your case who already had surgery for that shoulder years ago. You just have to wait for the MRI results for a more accurate assessment.
