Previous decompensation pattern is also a good predictor for future decompensation indicators, in a given person.

Cirrhosis: Cirrhosis an end stage condition of the liver is usually not reversible. Unless the initial diagnosis was incorrect, it is unlikely to be reversible without a liver transplant.

Cardiologist: A prominent Inferior vena cava on ultrasound can be seen with right-sided heart failure. You should talk with your doctor about the results and consider an echocardiogram if there is not another reason for your inferior vena cava to be prominent.

Uncommon but possibl: Cirrhosis is scarring of the liver due to persistent injury.  The causes of cirrhosis are multiple, including alcohol, obesity, viral hepatitis, autoimmune diseases.  Decompensation means that there are significant complications, such as ascites, jaundice, confusion, kidney failure and cancer.  In rare cases where the cause is removed, the liver can recover.  I recommend you to see a hepatologist.

Depends: Brain hemorrhage can cause death, permanent damage, or minimal deficiency. The outcome depends not only on extent of bleeding, but also after effects on brain during healing, including brain swelling, artery constriction, blood pressure changes, & repsonse to physical therapy.
