I : I recommend that before you call yourself a sociopath, that you get evaluated by a psychologist or a psychiatrist.  Just because someone calls you a monster when you are a child doesn't mean your are one. Young boys can be a real handful and can be very mischievous, it doesn't mean they are bad. If you have developed rules and an honor code to live by, that doesn't sound like one who totally flaunts rules. You seem to have a pretty negative opinion of yourself. Normally, you would not be admitted for long term psychiatric care for this reasom.  I would like to suggest that you get a comprehensive psychological evaluation by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist in your area. This can be done as an outpatient. After an assessment is made, the doctor can provide you with education and present you with different options for help. Please don't sell yourself short.

i'm 24. recently i have been dealing with a lot. money issues, losing a family member and a miscarriage. all i do is sleep and cry constantly

Depression: You have multiple reasons to be depressed. There are multiple ways to deal with the problems. If you ignore things you will continue to wants to cry, sleep, and avoid everyone. If you see a therapist you can talk thru a lot, but often times you will need a mild antidepressant along with therapy to get through things quicker. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.

a family member in our household has been exposed on tuesday 21 dec to a friend diagnosed with covid on thursday 24 dec.  should we all get tested. where can we be tested tomorrow on cheistmas day. ?

Covid testing ?'s: Most emergency rooms  or urgent care sites will provide Covid testing. All in contact should be quarantined for at least 10 days, regardless if symptoms occur or tests are negative.

Genetic, very rare.: Clarkson's disease is what it is called. It is a very rare genetic mutation. It causes episodes of fluid leaking out of the blood vessels into the tissue. This can lead to low blood pressure, passing out or damage to organs from the low bp, even death. Need to see a specialist in this!

Family history: It is important for your doctor to know your family history.In this instance your hematuria is not related to cf. You could have a problem with calcium kidney stones, hyperparathyroidism or renal tubular acidosis. See your internist for evaluation and help.

Covid ?'s: You and your children need to be quarantined for at least 10 days.  Many children do not show symptoms, but can be infectious to others.  If your symptoms progress to shortness of breath, try to set up a telehealth visit with your primary care physician, as respiratory problems can be treated to some extent by outpatient medications.

Allow yourself to: Feel  ; to explore the feelings it brings up. Educate yourself about breast cancer -knowledge is very helpful. Providing support to others can be a blessing for giver. Support your loved one ; consider supporting a breast cancer cause.  Don't be afraid to share what you think and feel. Take care.

Presuming that : The date is 2011, many cancer centers have survivor groups...It is those with similar experience that can reach patients better than others.
