Covid testing ?'s: Most emergency rooms or urgent care sites will provide Covid testing. All in contact should be quarantined for at least 10 days, regardless if symptoms occur or tests are negative.

Be calm: I live and work in the USA & can't provide answers to all of your questions. However, it is not an emergency to possibly become COVID 19 positive. Quarantine. Contact a medical provider who will evaluate you in person or via telemedicine. However, in South Africa, you might not be approved for testing if asymptomatic. This does not have to be handled urgently or emergently.
