i started having pain in my ear that lead to hearing loss, fluid, pressure,and itchiness. it's been 2 weeks and it's gotten a lot better. can this heal on its own? i'd like to avoid the doctors if possible.

Doctor can examine: A person with such symptoms can check her ears by her primary care doctor (or some practitioner who can look in her ear). There may be wax and debris in the ear canal that should come out. Sometimes, wax causes no symptoms for many years until one unlucky day there is too much wax and blocks hearing, or there is a canal skin infection (called swimmer's ear).

my right inner ear  feel itch for one weeknot itchy all the time but almost one or twice per day. it feels itchier when i press the antilobium. i tried roxithromycin and ear drop, not very effected. no hearing loss.

ENT doc: Mild external otitis. You may be having an allergic reaction to one or more of the ear drops. See an ENT doc for exam/advice.

Clear discharge: With the time frame for this continuing it would be best to see an ENT physician to check to see what this is based on. Many things can present in this fashion and should be evaluated

5 days into a sore throat green thick mucus thing, i got sharp pain pressure and deafness in one ear. started amoxicillin. next day other ear bad. ??

Continue with med: Finish the full course of amoxicillin, once done things should gradually get back to normal.
Ears prob have fluid build up from the congestion and this should resolve with time.
If worsening, or not resolved in two weeks, recheck with your DR

This sounds: most like an infected sebaceous cyst; you can call it a pimple if you want. It is actually pretty common and results from dead skin cells and oils getting infected. You might try some OTC polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment for a day or two, but if it doesn't improve quickly see your doctor for prescription antibiotics, either topical or oral. Don't squeeze it/prick it!

Otitis externa: You may bring early infection if it hurts, is red and inflated so I recommend taking ibuprofen in what you go with your doctor for amtibiotoco
