Allergy: Common allergies after piercing are nickel sulfate from metal and reaction against missguided use of antibiotics on the skin. Allergies to bacitracin, neosporin, trirlple antibiotic , and nickel are the most common of all contact allergies. A dermatologist will help you. Usually infections are not itchy.
