Perhaps: Mycofenalate can cause neurologic side effects, but since it is used primarily for lupus nephritis, there are several other medications , electrolyte  problems and lupus itself that can be responsible.  Your physician can provide an answer.

Not the cause: According to the National Institutes of Health, the HPV doesn't cause lupus but has been associated with onset of symptoms in patients who are genetically predestined to develop lupus at some point in their lives.  On the positive, the rate of HPV infection is significantly higher in people with lupus, so the vaccine will protect your daughter from HPV infection and its complications.

Covid ?'s: ANY contact of a family member with a Covid positive individual should be tested and with other family members, even without symptoms, quarantined for (currently) 10 days. Anyone with lupus on immunosuppressant therapy, should be evaluated if symptoms occur, as hospitalization may be required.

Very small: Many people who develop Raynaud`s disease never develop anything more.  Scleroderma is very rarely genetically related. So may good fortune be yours.

The : The treatment of rheumatic diseases is somewhat, a little more , complex. Rheumatic diseases, and lupus specially needs atention and desicions related to the severity of the disease and related to the organs involved.The decision on wich drug to use has to do with whats going on and what body system is involved and how.
The equation lupus = therapy or latest therapy does not apply . Is not like high blood sugar = latest diabetes pill or latest insulin. In diabetes that equation does apply.

Varies: There are a lot of potential causes; usually it is some structural problem in these areas, or a radicular pain from a "pinched nerve" in the back, or an inflammatory condition.  A detailed exam and appropriate studies can usually determine the cause.  Don't hesitate to get a second opinion if they are having trouble coming up with a diagnosis.

Good question: There could be conditions besides lupus to account for iron deficiency and B12 deficiency associate with cataracts.  Your doctor might want to go over your nutritional status and perhaps run some tests for metabolic syndromes.  Lupus is an autoimmune condition with many presentations, but usually not the symptoms that you describe.

Varied meds: There are many different meds used for lupus depending on what features of the disease you have. They may range from anti inflammatory medication to steroids and many other drugs. You really need to be followed by a rheumatologist to determine the extent of your disease and which drugs are appropriate
