Calories,muscle mass: To gain weight you need to consume more calories than you burn. Do this in a healthy way. Do not choose excessive amounts of fast food or junk food. Make sure you are getting all the nutrients that you need. You should also do weight lifting or other types of muscle building activity which will help you build muscle mass.

Food allergy: When eating with your fingers if you develop itching and swelling of just the fingers it is possible that you are reacting to an ingredient and are having a contact allergy to the ingredient.  Washing the hands should help in addition to steroid creams. If other areas begin to itch and or swell then see a doctor quickly.

Antipyretics, obsn: Give antipyretics and cooling measures. Watch for any development of rash and/ or throat pain and dysphagia. If fever not controlled in 3 days and symptoms worsen take to er to be evaluated.

i have 4 months eating healthy guided by a nutritionist to lose weight, i already lost 18 lbs, i'm not diabetic but pre diabetic because i am obese, and after all this month's i still have a fasting blood sugar between 100-109 is ok? any suggestion?

: UTI is not common in 5-y-o male child.  His oral intake has been inadequate.  Encourage him to take more fluid and light foods while awaiting urine culture result.

Follow-up: We don't treat lab values, but they are guides to workups. Probably you'll get this repeated after two weeks off alcohol and all meds you don't truly need. If it's still up, a workup will be performed. We'll rule in/out such entities as hepatitis B and C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, and autoimmune hepatitis. It may just be your liver asking for more exercise. Best wishes.
