Partially: As you mention, dark circles are due to the thin skin and appearance of the blood vessels but the thin skin itself has a tendency to wrinkle more due to aging process and like an empty baloon that looks darker than an inflated one, the wrinkled skin looks darker than when its stretched.  In some, the hyperpigmented skin is the problem and that has different solution.

hi i suffer migraines, but of late they have been worse and around the eye. i have one now and there are two large black veins on eye lid above pain?

See your PCP: Migraine is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Unilateral throbbing headache, dizziness, weakness, visual disturbances, blurry vision, nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias and even chest pain may be present during the episodes. It is manageable condition. See your doctor for evaluation and professional management.

can palomar skin rejuvenation cause thinned skin to thin more, and stay that way? will it help with leaky veins under the eye? can it cause fat loss?

No ; don't use near: Eyes. Laser can't reduce eye puffiness, dark circles, or thin skin.  It's also not used close to the eyelids, because  of the proximity of orbital fat. Plus, the puffy lids recede back into the orbit, when the person lies down.Leaky veins around eye is best treated with controlling food allergies, and salt intake.If anything, lasers remodels dermis to be thicker ; not thinner with reamplification.

after blood vein occlusion in the eye, how long can a person expect swelling in the eye ball after healing ? (diagnosis:  cystoid macular degenerative / venous tributary occlusion)

the occlusion happened over a year ago and i have been under a ophthamolo

The : The fact that your ophthalmologist has been able to help you regain your vision says a lot about his skill.  He knows your anatomy and the area of the occlusion in the eye so he is the correct person to ask these questions to.  Indeed, prior to some of the "miracle"  drugs that we have available today, people with your problem rarely gained much eyesight back.

i'm seeing with an eye better than the other (long distance). that causes me eye fatigue and temple vein throbbing, but the eye exam results did not changed, what can i do ?

: There is not a simple answer. First you need to determine if this is new and whether both eyes are correctable to "perfect" with the optimal refraction (glases, etc). If it is not correctable to "perfect" and it's new, you need to see an ophthalmologist to check the cornea, lens and retina. If it's old (since birth), it may be amblyopia and nothing can be done.

can sinusitis cause a new prominent vein and bright flashes in that part of the eye sometimes when i tilt my head, and facial and head tenderness? docs weren't sure. if not, what can?

Facial/forehead tend: Sinusitis can cause facial and forehead tenderness and other eye symptoms may be coincidental due to infection.

a hair poked the side of my left eye 3 days ago and the eye veins in that area have been red since then. i have no pain or noticeable loss of vision in that eye. should i be concerned?

No: Do not be concerned, this is probably just irritation from the hair and will resolve in a few days.

Temporomandibular: Although the problem appears to be from a jaw issue (malocclusion, grinding, clenching etc), a diagnosis can only be established by a dentist or physician.

Many: The most common cause of a conjunctival hemorrhage is dry eye.  This can be worsened by use of anticoagulants such as Aspirin or coumadin (warfarin).  Rarely, the burst vessel may be due to extremely high blood pressure or clotting problem.  If you have a headache or the hemorrages are recurrent, be seen soon.
