i have dark spots that look like tiny bruises, one on my thigh and now i'm getting a spot under my breast? what is this? they don't hurt

It depends on their : The color of the spots is the clue as to their source or cause. It may be bruising which causes small leakage of blood on minor trauma. If this persists, go see your doctor for examination and get your blood checked to be sure your platelets are normal.

Tongue lesions: It's hard to asses without looking at it. U can have moles or blood vessels under the surface that appear dark. You should definitely have an ENT or oral surgeon examin it to make sure it's not more serious.

Spots: Purpuric spots are bleeding under the skin with diameter lessr than 1 cm . Most commonly, it coould be harmless caused by unnoticed trauma  but may be harbinger of more serious diseases such as ITP, and hemophilia. If it doesn't resolve or you get more eruptions see your doctor.

There's a condition: called Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP) that can cause bumps &amp; bruises on the shins from leaking of tiny blood vessels called capillaries.  Usually the leaking is confined to the skin &amp; goes away own its own.  However, HSP can affect other organs, like the kidneys &amp; joints., it's important to see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis &amp; evaluation.  Best wishes!  Dr. Anne.

Telangiectasias.: Fine broken blood vessels on the surface of the skin do not indicate any systemic problems which is good. However, if you are interested in treating what is likely a genetic predisposition, the treatment for this is considered cosmetic in nature and can be addressed with the use of laser technology.

Platelet check: Although you note specific spots on just your elbow you may need blood tests.  Sometimes patients with low platelets from idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura presents with low platelets and they have these really small dots in skin.

It could be Melasma: It could be melanoma or post inflammatory hyper pigmentation or ochronosis if using hydroquinone long-term.   There are other possible causes.  See a dermatologist.

Bruise: For the first 24 hours, i would ice the effected area to minimize the spread of the bruise. After 48 hours, heat may be applied to allow the blood to disperse about the body. The amount of time it takes to heal is highly variable from person to person.

my inner thigh was itchy and i kept scratching it over a pair of pants, later that night i noticed a big bruise with some darker spots.

Sounds like a bruise: However, it could be a bug bite and some of these are serious.  Take a photo of it and post here or show your physician, perhaps you'll get a better opinion.  Meanwhile, cool compresses will help with itching and won't worsen the bruise.  Don't take any aspirin or NSAID such as Ibuprofen (your Advil) until this is resolved.

i fell two nights ago and have a huge bruise that is darkish red purple. the pain is not as bad but i see a few dark red spots in i. is that clotting?

No: Just blood under skin even if clotted it will not travel to the lungs or anywhere else.
