Platelet check: Although you note specific spots on just your elbow you may need blood tests.  Sometimes patients with low platelets from idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura presents with low platelets and they have these really small dots in skin.

Get medical check up: If these are pink in color, it could be blood. Such bleeding under the skin(if it is new) can be a serious medical condition caused by low platelets or some other blood diseases. So you should see a doctor who can check your blood with what is called a CBC and platelet counts.

dark dry spot on both of my elbows. it is not itchy but when i feel it it is very dry. i dont know how long i have had this for. it never bothers me so i don't notice. but when i feel my elbows i notice it. is it something i should be concerned about?

: Nothing to worry, you can apply moisturizer to those areas twice a day and after taking bath to make the skin softer. Skin over the elbow is always darker than the surrounding.

: Please get an exam and a blood screen for heavy metals. Lead toxicity has been known to form a discoloration in the gums, and may show up in other body parts.

Allergic dermatitis?: If its recent and itching  most common is atopic dermatitis , try some  steroid creams for few  days. If not improving see s dermatologist.

Nonspecific: This is nonspecific and the lesions will have to be inspected by a physician or dermatologist for diagnosis.  Could the spots be pressure spots since they seem to come and go?

Pretty rash: Based on your observation over time, doesn't seem likely to be dangerous.   You didn't note that they are painful, itch, are raised or fluid filled or blanch on pressure.  With the limited location - something came in contact with your skin cells - and they've responded mostly by changing the amount of pigment.  Take a picture -- leave them alone unless get new signals  - and compare in 1 week/mo.

i have what i think is psoriasis on my elbow and 2 spots on my leg never really been diagnosed but today i noticed like a pale patch on my fingernail i picked it and its like a hole in my nail what could it be ?

Nail changes: Are somewhat typical in psoriasis. Make sure you follow up with your PCP or dermatologist as newer treatments may be needed.
