Spider vein treatmen: Spider vein can be treated rather easily in an office procedure there are different methods including sclerosis, ablation, laser treatment, all cause the closure of the small feeding veins.
You may consult a vascular surgeon or dermatologist who treat this condition.

flight attendant 4 mnths. 34 yo. 15-20+mmhg compression hosiery. feet still swelling. spider veins side leg just above knee since late 20s. recommend?

Depends on: severity of swelling and your blood pressure.  I doubt that your spider veins have any effect on swelling, unless you have large varicose veins.  Ask your doctor for any suggestions on leg exercise or even a mild diuretic.  If it is unilateral and painful swelling, dvt is a possiblity.

my daughter 14 has two boney like lumps on her foot one on top of her foot and one in her side. she said that's new for her. she has visible, bulging , spider veins along with cold feet and occasional leg pain. what shall i do?

: I would recommend seeing an orthopedic doctor right away. Could be nothing but an X-ray would answer all concerns

If it is: Indeed a fungus then purchase an antifungal cream from the pharmacy. Lamisil, lotrimin, desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) and many more are available.

More info: Did tv hey come on all of a sudden? Have they changed shape or color? I would suggest you get them looked at.

Rash: Rashes are best diagnosed when a doctor can see them, diagnose the issue and provide directed therapy. With that being said, it could simply be dry skin or athletes foot or atopic dermatitis or ? What have you used on the rash?

Wearing high heels: If wearing shoes, especially womens dress heels barefooted, you can create a lot of friction from motion of feet in shoes.  If you wear hosiery it will likely help.  Also, daily footcare using exfoliating creams/soaps/lotions and/or pumice stonehi can help remove surface layers of builtup callus and keep skin soft and more elastic.

i had an ingrown in my second toenail i thought i got it out because i couldnt feel pain anymore so i would soak my foot. its been about 2 months later. the side of my toe is still swollen and the skin around it is darker but theres no pain?

: It is possible part of a toe nail is still presenting irritation to the soft tissue. I would see a podiatrist and have it taken care of properly .

See a skin doctor: Keep your feet clean and dry and open to the air soon you get home if there is any history of diabetes or not getting any better you need to see your doctor or preferably a skin doctor
