i got boil or pimple near eyes & nose line. it's on my dark circle. the pimple/boil is not visible but when i touch it i can feel it & it has has mild pain. what is it? today i pressed hard while washing my face near eyes & after that i found it?

See your doctor: You will need a doctor to help you with the best products for  your skin.  Salicylic acid wash is very helpful with the oil and blackheads. Your doctor will be able to suggest dermal fillers for the hollows under eyes and start you on the appropriate bleaching creams.  Hope it improves.

See your doctor: Have your doctor check for subclinical food allergies that sometimes can cause hyperpigmentation on olive or darker skin types if chronic. Not sure of the cause of spreading. You need to see your doctor to get a baseline check, and s/he may refer you to a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis.

Allergy symptoms: Capillary leakage from histamine release due to allergies cause the swelling. With chronic capillary permeability, red blood cells leak and stain the skin leaving a darker pigmented appearance. If your treatments are not working then seeing an allergist for definitive treatment should be your next step.

: Sounds most consistent with sinus issues---fullness and pressure. The sinuses surround rhe orbit so "eye pain" is frequent. The red squiggly lines are subconjunctival blood vessels. An evaluation with an ENT with imaging that includes the sinuses and orbit (to rule out orbital pathology) is a good idea.

Dark circles: For dark circles, i recommend treating any associated allergy with oral and/or topical therapy, artificial tears to lubricate the eyes, and cool compresses once or twice a day.  Makeup can be used as a concealer.  If there is associated volume loss, facial filler such as juvederm.  In some cases, laser skin treatments can be helpful.

Dark circles: These can be genetic but also can be from chronic nasal congestion from allergies. If the latter, treat it first. Cosmetically, bleaching creams can help.

See a dermatologist: This requires a clinical exam.  Most commonly, the tiny bumps between your nose and eyes are syringomas (sweat gland growths), sebaceous hyperplasia (oil gland growths) or milia (little cysts).  However there are other conditions that can result in small bumps.  A confirmation by your dermatologist is recommended.

Possible allergy: It depends upon where exactly your are talking about but if you mean dark areas on the skin under the eyes it could be from allergies. If it is just on one eye and all around the eye it could be from a form of skin irritation like eczema. See your doctor for evaluation.
